Computational Chemistry Instructor
Quantum chemistry, DFT, molecular modeling, electronic structure, conformational analysis, and scientific interpretation.
Molecular Docking & Virtual Screening Instructor
Ligand preparation, receptor preparation, non-covalent and covalent docking, virtual screening, interaction analysis, and workflow validation.
Molecular Dynamics Instructor
Protein, protein–ligand, membrane, solvent, SMD, umbrella sampling, enhanced sampling, trajectory analysis, and free-energy calculations.
ADMET & Cheminformatics Instructor
Drug-likeness, physicochemical properties, ADMET prediction, descriptor analysis, QSAR, compound libraries, and reproducible reporting.
Data Analysis Instructor
Python, R, statistics, machine learning, scientific plotting, automation, reproducible notebooks, and interpretation of multidimensional data.
Wet-Lab Research Contributor
Biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology, pharmacy, biotechnology, analytical chemistry, assay design, and experimental validation.
Project Manager
Research planning, timeline management, client communication, milestone tracking, team coordination, publication workflow, and quality control.
Research Collaborator
Cross-disciplinary research, manuscript development, computational–experimental integration, method development, and joint project execution.
Computational Resources and Skills
We are interested in applicants with practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Python, R, machine learning, statistics, and data visualization
- GROMACS, AMBER, NAMD, CHARMM, OpenMM, or related simulation tools
- AutoDock, Vina, Glide, GOLD, MOE, Schrödinger, or docking workflows
- Gaussian, ORCA, GAMESS, CP2K, Quantum ESPRESSO, or DFT tools
- PyMOL, VMD, ChimeraX, Discovery Studio, or scientific visualization
- RDKit, Open Babel, cheminformatics, descriptors, QSAR, and ADMET
- Linux, shell scripting, HPC, cloud computing, and workflow automation
- Scientific writing, peer review response, figures, posters, and presentations

Wet-Lab Experience Is Welcome
Applicants with wet-lab experience may describe their work in assay development, microbiology, molecular biology, analytical chemistry, spectroscopy, chromatography, cell culture, protein studies, formulation, toxicity testing, or experimental validation. We especially value people who can connect experimental observations with computational results.
Published Articles and Project Management
If you have published articles, conference papers, theses, posters, datasets, or completed research projects, share the topics and your contribution. Project-manager applicants should describe previous work in planning, deadlines, team coordination, client communication, quality control, and publication support.

Before You Apply
Can students or early-career researchers apply?
Yes. Strong motivation, relevant skills, research honesty, and willingness to learn are important. Project responsibilities will depend on demonstrated ability.
Do I need published articles?
No. Publications are useful for research and project-management roles, but applicants may also share theses, posters, GitHub work, datasets, course materials, or practical project examples.
Can I apply only for collaboration?
Yes. You may propose a joint study, computational–experimental project, review article, method-development project, workshop, course, or long-term academic collaboration.
Is every application guaranteed to receive a role?
No. Applications are reviewed according to current project needs, skills, communication quality, availability, and fit with AMRA-LAB activities.
